John Stinemire, PE
Graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State. Gained significant structural
engineering experience working with Ammann and Whitney Consulting Engineering in New York City and New Jersey. Relocated to Kingston in 1992 with Brinnier & Larios, PC.
Started Stinemire Engineering in January of 2005 with the goal of providing quality Civil and Structural Engineering services in the Hudson Valley.
Ryan Cornelison, PE
Ryan is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil
Engineering from Clarkson University. Ryan's passion for engineering led him to gain valuable hands-on
experience as an intern at Stinemire Engineering during college. Building upon that foundation, he
gained valuable civil and structural design experience during a three-year tenure at Barton and
Loguidice, DPC. Returning to Stinemire Engineering in 2021, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and a
dedication to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Jacob Kihlmire – Engineer in Training
Jacob graduated from the University at Buffalo earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering, with
a specialization in Structural Engineering. He is E.I.T. certified, with valuable civil/structural engineering
experience. He has acquired engineering skills through a combination of field engineering and
development of detailed construction documents, allowing for significant contributions to various
engineering projects. Jacob became a member of the Stinemire Engineering team in January of 2023.
