16 Acres , 8 Lots
This project entailed development of a 16 acre parcel into eight (8) residential building lots with municipal water and sewer services. We developed detailed plans for the new roadway, extension of
the municipal water and sewer systems and storm drainage systems. We worked closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers to protect the on-site Federal Wetlands. New street lighting systems were also provided.
