Kingston Parking Garage Demolition and Site Modifications

This project consisted of controlled demolition of the existing four story post-tensioned concrete parking garage and reconfiguration of the site to maximize at-grade parking. Detailed demolition specifications were developed along with plans for the new parking areas including retaining walls, grading plans, storm drainage improvements and new site lighting. We performed contract administration services for the duration of the project.
